Get Involved

The success of this program depends on the willingness of parents to volunteer. We need help in the following areas:

Assistant coaches
Score keeper
Pitch counter
Field maintenance
Umpires*

Be sure to indicate your interest in volunteering when you register your child. If we do not get enough volunteers, we will not be able to run the program. Volunteers are essential!

* Umpires are paid.

Umpires are not required to be certified, but they must complete Concussion Training (see details below). Please contact Matt Smith or or the league at elbertbaberuth@gmail.com if you are interested in signing up as an umpire. All Coaches and Volunteers MUST complete a national background check
